The care and well-being of children is a responsibility we take seriously. AVMS staff are thoroughly vetted to ensure they possess the experience, interests and qualifications to meet our standards of excellence. Our staff are friendly, approachable and focused on caring and empathy.
Among our teachers are those who have completed the qualifications for the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators (CCMA) and Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE). AVMS also hires Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE).
We support our teachers through professional development workshops led by experienced instructors.
Communication with parents is a key component of our Teachers’ weekly tasks. One-to-one observations for each child are documented and shared, providing a record of each child’s progress.
We provide a warm, welcoming, clean environment for children and teachers! We encourage qualified Montessori teachers and RECE professionals to apply to work with AVMS.
